We value four things above all: the first is an intelligent approach to the explanation of what we believe, the second is a church life that is characterised by the power and direction of the Spirit, the third is we are on a journey to become genuinely diverse and are guided in this by a team called Jigsaw. Finally we include all people irrespective of sexual identity.
Love Marylebone is the umbrella term we give to a series of initiatives by which we seek to help our community. These include homeless meals, a social supermarket, toddler groups, kids’ movies nights and holiday clubs.
If you are new to us, you may prefer to just sit back and relax for a while and that is fine. When you are ready, you are welcome to join a team. It is best to offer to be involved in an area of church life that excites you and where you think you can make a contribution. People volunteer in all kinds of ways from being part of the worship team to welcoming people to working on the kids’ teams to using their technical skills to being on the team for the homeless meals.
