You’ll lead all areas of the kids and families ministries—including Sunday Kids Church, the midweek toddler group and a future youth group—and build and empower a passionate volunteer team.

Christ Church West Green are looking for a Worship and Communications Lead to nurture a life-giving culture of Christ-centred musical worship and to lead the church’s communications. You’ll oversee worship across Sundays and key events, disciple the worship team, and lead key channels including social media and the weekly newsletter.

River Church Marlow are looking for a Children, Youth and Digital Engagement Lead to build a vibrant children and youth ministry from the ground up in a growing, inclusive and affirming church community. You’ll create fun, nurturing environments for young people, reach beyond Sunday mornings to connect with them and families across Marlow, and shape how the church communicates through social media and contents.
