Mental Health Crisis Support

If someone is experiencing a mental health crisis (e.g. suicidal thoughts or behaviour, panic attacks, psychosis, etc.) then go directly to A&E or call 999.

Online Resources for Parents and Young People

If your child is experiencing poor mental health we recommend speaking to your GP who can refer your child to your local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Some local CAMHS take self-referrals. You and your child may also find the below online resources helpful.
